News story about circuit breakers on individual stocks going into effect.
Great article. Here is an article from Bloomberg about the actual use of the circuit breaker. Citigroup seemed to regain their losses after loosing 17% of its worth. This was the second time that the new reg. has been used. Boeing also lost 44% of it's worth but it was before 9:45 am so there was no breaker that got activated. The other tiem the reg. was used was due to a surge in the stock of 99% from Washington Post Co.
